You can secure an online appointment with any of our branches and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Telephonic and walk-ins appointments are done during working hours.

A consultation lasts an average of 30 minutes but can last for 45 minutes, depending on the nature and complexity of your medical condition.

If you are on medical aid, we charge medical aid tariffs set out by your medical scheme, in line with treatment rendered. We also submit your claim directly to the medical aid on your behalf. However, you are liable for settlement of your account until it is fully paid by your medical aid.

Cash payments are also allowed. Other payment methods include credit card, debit card and EFT.

NOTE: It is advisable to secure an appointment to avoid unnecessary delays at the practices.
